About me
I'm Christofer Ramos, a Senior Product Designer with over 9 years of experience in UX/UI design. I care about building products that work well for users and deliver measurable results — work that has driven outcomes like a 170% increase in feature adoption at Bemol.
My background spans product design in large-scale retail and R&D projects for international clients like Motorola, Huawei, and EPSON. With a degree in Design, a postgraduate in UX, and a background at the Apple Developer Academy, I combine design thinking with a data-informed approach to solving real problems.
Currently, I work remotely at Bemol, the leading e-commerce platform in the Western Amazon, where I co-lead a small design team. My work focuses on making products visually strong, functional, and intuitive, always connecting design decisions to real business outcomes.

AI & automation
Building automations in UX Cam and Clarity to speed up analysis across UI, UX, and design systems. Using AI tools like Claude and Gemini as part of the daily design workflow.
User research
Running interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Cross-functional collaboration
Working with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to turn business requirements into design solutions.
Design systems
Building and maintaining design systems aligned with Material Design and Apple HIG, including design tokens, component libraries (Material UI, PrimeNG, Ant Design), and Flutter-ready specs.
Usability & optimization
Continuously evaluating and improving products based on real usage data and user feedback.
Workshop facilitation
Leading design thinking sessions and discovery workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
Tools & craft
Using Figma, Maze, UX Cam, and Clarity to design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
