A checkout built for the Amazon region
The Bemol checkout was still a webview while the backend had already outgrown it. This project exposes what was already happening, and makes it work for the customer.

A design system is an argument about which decisions get made once. Here one source becomes the documentation, the web and app components and a package an AI tool can read: an internal hub, built inside a product that had already shipped for years.

Browsing aisles that don't exist
Category navigation in the Bemol app had grown by accretion, not by design. This redesign rebuilt it around how people actually look for things, tested in a physical store, with customers and staff.

The screen everyone visits and nobody designed
The profile section of the Bemol app had become a drawer for anything that didn't fit elsewhere. Reordering it around what people actually opened moved every feature it contained.

The astronomy stayed. Every green on this site is an aurora emission line, measured in OKLCH from real photographs.
